Vacation to Las Vegas!

First stop: Hash House a Go Go!  Check out that pancake!

A friend told us about this really cool breakfast place, and it was awesome. Look at Papa Ducks chicken and waffles!

I have been wanting to take the kids to Las Vegas for years now to see two things:  

The shark aquarium and the Dolphin exhibit. I think they both lived up to our expectations and the kids loved it!  We tried to surprise the kids and didn't tell them we were going on a trip until they were in the car. Then we were not going to tell them where we were going, but on the way down Papa Duck accidentally mentioned Las Vegas in the prayer in the car! It was so funny! The kids still talk about this!

Sonic has ALWAYS been fascinated by sharks, and has passed this down to the other kids.

Ruby LOVES Dolphins! And now Squish does too. This is at the Mirage Hotel. We came here when Sonic was two years old and have wanted to come back ever since!

They are such beautiful creatures. Here's a cool trick during the show. 

We also got to see them so close as well. 

We knew that the dolphin exhibit included the tiger habitat and since Squish is OBSESSED with tigers, we knew he would love that!

On Sunday we didn't want to go to the "strip" so we went to Hoover Dam which was really cool.

We had a great time and enjoyed the road trip (since we hardly ever take them). 

We stayed with my Cousin and his wife and they took such great care of us.
