In July there were more festivals for painting faces.

Grandparents are always up for some Saturday fun! (At least in the morning.)
So then when Wendy was in town this summer she and her sister Laura decided to throw an awesome summer party. It was at Laura's house. Um, yeah, this is her backyard.
And I painted faces. Because it's fun.
The kids found a mattress to roll down the hill on. Of course.
Yummy food.
Water slide. Basically the kids had a blast. We spent the night too by the way.
Not very many people came, but that is okay because it gave Wendy and Susan and I a chance to spend time together.
